You’re the boss of your password, not us. You don’t have permission to share it and give anyone else access. Be a good human – we’re a business and we’re selling our services. We trust you won’t share them for free.

Any fees are on the website or landing page you made a purchase through. Payment methods and taxes will be specified during the checkout process. Your bank or credit card provider might charge their own fees and we’ve got nothing to do with that!
We give our best advice as professionals with credibility in our industry. We’ll never give advice that we wouldn’t follow ourselves, and we’ll never knowingly put you at any professional, personal or financial risk. But, if you take our advice and apply it in a way that puts you at any risk, we don’t accept any responsibility for that.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both New Zealand and all foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

For your fee, we grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for the sole purpose of completing the online course.

Performance HQ Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
We really think it’d be smart if you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you don’t agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
You have 30 days to try our courses. Within those 30 days, if you’re not happy with what you get, we’ll give you a full refund.
Any memberships (like to our facebook groups) can be terminated at any time, but you won’t be given any refunds for payments you’ve already made.
There are no refunds on book purchases except as required by New Zealand consumer law. We won’t refund shipping costs.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Belinda Thomas, Performance HQ Ltd
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
We don’t issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
